Strong female friendships and a snappy enemies-to-lovers theme take center stage in this highly anticipated romantic comedy from the USA Today bestselling author of The Dating Playbook.

Successful pediatric surgeon London Kelley just needs to find some balance and de-stress. According to her friends Samiah and Taylor, what London really needs is a casual hookup. A night of fun with no strings. But no one—least of all London—expected it to go down at her high school reunion with Drew Sullivan, millionaire, owner of delicious abs, and oh yes, her archnemesis.

Now London is certain the road to hell is paved with good sex. Because she’s found out the real reason Drew’s back in Austin: to decide whether her beloved hospital remains open. Worse, Drew is doing everything he can to show her that he’s a decent guy who actually cares. But London’s not falling for it. Because while sleeping with the enemy is one thing, falling for him is definitely not part of the plan.

The Hookup Plan by Farrah Rochon is the one nightstand that never went away and the perfect ending to The boyfriend project series. London Kelley is a successful pediatric resident treated more like an attending who is in serious need of de-stress or a casual hook-up, as her friends call it. She never thought she would end up in the hotel room of her former high school rival, the man London could not stand more than anyone in this world; London never thought he would be the person she would hook up with. Well, it was supposed to be only for one night. Farrah Rochon's writing is not only some of her best in this one, but the storyline kept me hooked into the end. The dual point of view is my absolute favorite; seeing in both London and Drews's heads was everything. I adore how stubborn London was and how cautious she was with her heart. The drama with her dad created a fascinating plotline regarding her love life. She projected her father's trauma onto Drew, who handled it well. I loved how Drew had loved her since they were kids and how his softer side came out slowly. I swooned when Drew got her food after her long days of surgery. We all need a man like that, plus he wants to help the healthcare world because of some person's trauma; I also loved that. When he said, "a persona bank balance shouldn't determine whether they lived or died," I knew Drew was the sweetest guy and needed to be with London. I am disappointed the series is over, but according to this adorable arc here, the queen herself is coming out with another book next summer. All I have to say is my email is in my bio when you are reading for arc readers 🙂 The Hookup plans hit shelves this coming August 9th and are not to be missed. Pre-order this one because it will fly off the shelves.

My favorite line from the entire book: "Because there's actually health benefits to giving blow jobs."

Thanks to Netgalley and Forever for the advance reader copy.
